What Goes On

Interesting write-up from Mr. Arambula today.  His discussion focuses on members of city council texting during actual meetings.  Apart from the fact that they might be zoned out during their gatherings, they could be transmitting important city information to people, thus violating the Open Meetings Act.

Mr. A. does mention that this occurs at the county courthouse too.  And in the end, a blind eye is turned to this activity.
