Risk Immediate Disqualification

With a little over a month to go before Laredoans are treated to the granddaddy of all local parades, the WBCA is getting its ducks in a row.  Business as usual except for one little change.
This year, a stricter enforcing of the “no throwing” rule will be in place. Absolutely no throwing of any kind (including beads, candy, toys, etc.) will be allowed from any moving float, vehicle or parade entry.
Ah, good.  This year's symbolism will be turned down a notch.  The haves will not be obligated to throw scraps at the have-nots; they'll just simply look down upon them.
