Here in deep red Texas we're taking a page from the insurance industry: drop people when their most vulnerable in order to save our skins.
I guess this is their idea of discretionary spending. When we tighten our belts, we forgo the HBO, eat out less or hang on to our wardrobes a little longer. Texas lawmakers get all medieval in this sumbitch.
