I'm always curious about cars that have paper plates. They're driving all over town and in some cases the due date has long passed.
You can tell if a person has just bought a car and is waiting for the permanent plates to come in. Usually the car looks new, or it's pretty clean and doesn't have any stickers on the back windshield or bumper.
But then there are the ones that look like clunkers, or have all these accessories, or stickers attached. Something doesn't look right.
And then I was getting my inspection sticker the other day and I noticed a used car with paper plates getting its own sticker. WTF? Is this how it's done in the used car industry?
