Pelican's Wharf

  1. My wife and I loved it. We would frequent the place often especially on Friday's. I left Laredo back in 1997. I finally stopped by this year (February 2008) and the place was not the same. I remember as a kid witnessing the restaurant being built. It was near the rail road tracks that used to cross San Bernardo.

  2. I won't dare ask where they get the 'fresh' seafood.

  4. I ate there one time in my whole entire life, and I probably didn't even have the fish.
The place was nicely lit, and clean.

I always thought the place was a gathering joint for older people who were out to meet and greet, much like the Covey, and the Laredo Bar&Grill.

  5. Hey, enough with these lame posts. How about an official LaSanbe "Sex In The City" scene by scene movie review.

Plus, football season is 70 days away and I hear there's new Metallica and some album about the Chinese coming out in the fall. So, let's have the SITC review before we all go our separate ways.
